CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – Seller arranges freight and insurance up to the destination port; buyer handles customs clearance and delivery after arrival.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Seller manages everything until the goods reach the buyer’s door, including duties and taxes. Easiest option for buyers, maximum responsibility for sellers.

FCA (Free Carrier) – Seller delivers goods to a named carrier or place; buyer arranges the main transport. A flexible option for multimodal shipments.

DAP (Delivered at Place) – Seller delivers goods to the buyer’s location (not customs-cleared); buyer pays duties and completes import formalities. A balanced sharing of responsibilities.
